Full-time Position

The Collections Supervisor will be responsible for: overseeing a staff ranging from three to five employees; maintain relationships with outside collection agencies; direct collection efforts; management information reporting; and administrative functions. The Supervisor will ensure collections are carried out legally, ethically, responsibly, and in a timely manner. The Collections Supervisor will report to the Operations Manager.

Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in Business, Finance or Accounting from a four-year college or university preferred and a minimum of 12 months experience in collections or equivalent combination of education and experience.
