Browser Issues

Are you having trouble opening the First Security online banking website?

 

Our online banking portal, which includes Bill Pay, is no longer accessible through the Internet Explorer browser. If you are having trouble accessing you online banking please make sure that you are using a preferred browser such as Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge.  

 

If you’re on one of the approved browsers and still not able to access our online banking portal we suggest trying the following steps:

1) Be sure to check that you are using the most up to date version of the browser available. Remember that they update frequently!

2) Take a minute to clear out your history, cookies and cache. While you’re at it, be sure 3rd party cookies are enabled to allow seamless communication with Bill Pay and other imbedded features!

3) Switch it up! Sometimes simply closing out and starting from scratch with a different browser is enough to solve the communication issue and allow a smooth connection.
